As the representative of our clients' interests, we are committed to ensuring that the insurers always fulfill their obligations in a prompt, contractually-compliant and client-focused manner. This applies to the administration of the insurance relationship, the documentation obligation and the ongoing adjustment of policies – and especially in the event of a claim.

Professional claims management is part of our brand essence. Our claims departments are staffed with some 200 experts, including lawyers, insurance specialists, business administrators, architects and experts from related disciplines. A group of specialists is available for each line of insurance. They ensure that the clients' interests are safeguarded even in the case of a conflict.

Within the Ecclesia Group, we accompany about 185,000 claims per year with a compensation volume of about 1.2 billion euros. This makes the Group one of Germany's strongest partners in professional claims management. The experience gained from these activities is integrated into the individual insurance and risk consulting thus to ensure that losses do not happen again.

We also have our own claims field service for loss appraisals and work, where necessary, with sworn, independent experts.

As a technical insurance broker, we evaluate fire protection measures, take over the classification of risks and develop our own policy wordings and insurance conditions featuring unique selling propositions.

We publish the findings in our " Informationsdienst" magazine for our clients: in this publication, we report on current industry trends, relevant claims, new legal regulations and interesting examples from court decisions. Our information offering is rounded off by fact sheets, brochures and manuals.
